All services are subject to availability, proper site conditions, and mutual agreement between the customer and our company. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel contracts if site conditions, weather, or other factors make safe and quality work impossible.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by HSN Hutchinson Concrete are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if additional work is required. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Kansas law. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with collection of unpaid balances.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in your service contract. These warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, severe weather events, ground movement, or modifications made by others. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing and we will inspect and remedy covered issues in a timely manner.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, easements, or approvals required for the work. You must provide clear access to the work site and notify us of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features. You agree to follow all curing and maintenance instructions provided. Failure to meet these responsibilities may void warranties or result in additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
HSN Hutchinson Concrete carries appropriate insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.
